Yesterday I photographed the book launch for The Story of Bungaree at The Gunner’s Barracks in Mosman. The book was published by the Harbour Trust. Above is a photo of decendants of both Bungaree (Uncle Bob) and Governor Macquarie’s sister (Michelle – and I’m sorry I have forgotten her surname).
The Governor of NSW, Marie Bashir, launched the book, and as usual, gave a very nice speech. I’ve photographed her several times and I’m always impressed with her.
